Japanese Sword  and Related Arts

 
Katsujinken Dojo provides classes in several arts. 

Iaido - Japanese swordsmanship. We practice ZNKR seitei iaido, 12 kata formulated by the ZNKR. We also practice Muso Jikiden Eishin Ryu (MJER) koryu iaido, when students are capable.

Jodo - the art of the staff , against a swordsman. We train in ZNKR seitei jodo. Shinden Muso Ryu Jodo is practiced by attending seminars held by the BKA.

Ken Jutsu - We are authorised to practice Hyoho Niten Ichi Ryu (as a Dosokai group), and also train in Tachi Uchi No Kurai (from MJER iaido) and Shinto Ryu kenjutsu (from SMR Jodo)

Reiki - traditional Usui healing. Individual training or sessions are available on request.
